Today’s Training Today worked out good. I managed to hit a 1RM on the Snatch 63kg, and the Clean & Jerk 80kg. Stability is helped greatly by this and all other types of lifting and can feel great benefit from it already. Lifting shoes are on the shopping list and will help with technique a fair bit I imagine.
Today’s sessions represented a bit of a test. Crossfit session was at 06:30 am followed by a day’s graft and a planned 16 miles in the evening. I knew I had to do it so no resistance was offered, in fact I was looking forward to seeing how the evening session would go.
