Today’s sessions represented a bit of a test. Crossfit session was at 06:30 am followed by a day’s graft and a planned 16 miles in the evening. I knew I had to do it so no resistance was offered, in fact I was looking forward to seeing how the evening session would go.
This morning I crept up to 90kg on the squat and felt comfortable, next week the reps are lower so I have an opportunity to get the weight up to 100kg. I was also happy to get my first double under which I was very chuffed with.
