Stability is helped greatly by this and all other types of lifting and can feel great benefit from it already. Lifting shoes are on the shopping list and will help with technique a fair bit I imagine.

This morning I crept up to 90kg on the squat and felt comfortable, next week the reps are lower so I have an opportunity to get the weight up to 100kg. I was also happy to get my first double under which I was very chuffed with.
